I love Satoru san's work, but I can never find photographs of it! So, having found one, I'm posting it here for posterity. This is a wheel thrown guinomi (sake cup) with an oribe glaze, I really like the way the glaze catches in the flowing finger grooves up the side of the pot. I try and emulate this in my own throwing, but I'm finding that the thinner I throw, the harder this gets.
